Privacy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This notice covers mychurchweb.com and the websites we build and host for our customers. The business responsible is Web Landscapes LLC, a Florida company trading as MyChurchWeb. Questions go to contact@mychurchweb.com or (786) 372-0287.

This website

mychurchweb.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. The quote form opens a message in your email program; we only receive it if you send it. The home-page preview and the demo editor run in your browser and send nothing. Cloudflare, our host, keeps request logs (IP address, browser, page) for security.

When you contact us

We keep your messages and contact details to answer you and prepare a quote.

Customers

  • Contact and billing details for the people we deal with, and invoices. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't see or store full card numbers.
  • Editor accounts: the name and email address of each volunteer with a login, and a log of what each one publishes.
  • Domain registration details required by ICANN, which go to the registrar and the registry.

Forms on the sites we host

Prayer requests, sign-ups and messages sent through a customer's website are emailed to the people that community chooses. We handle them only to deliver them, apart from short-lived delivery logs, and they aren't published. The receiving community is responsible for them after that.

Giving pages, livestream players and maps on customers' sites follow those providers' own privacy policies.

Who we share data with

Only the services that do the work: Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery, the domain registrar, our payment processor, and the email service that delivers form messages. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at contact@mychurchweb.com. For something sent through a congregation's website, ask that congregation too.

Children

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 on this site. Youth program forms on customers' sites are meant for parents or guardians.
